Browsing the shop

The shop is a static website. It sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties and counts no pageviews. The web server writes no access logs.

Ordering

When you click “Buy” you leave this site for a checkout page run by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Stripe processes your payment details; we never see your card or bank details. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, the item and the amount paid. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

We use this data to fulfil the contract: to build and ship your key, to send you the invoice and to answer your questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To ship, we pass your name, address and, for customs or delivery notifications, your email or phone number to the carrier (e.g. DHL, UPS or FedEx).

Orders and invoices are kept for as long as German commercial and tax law requires, usually 8 to 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, § 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Emails that do not belong to an order are deleted when your question is resolved.
